It turned out easier to only perforate 1 'horizontal' leaf and 1 'vertical' leaf, and then just pounce them on, and turn the paper around for the other 2 sides.  Hand-perforating is very tedious with a pounce-wheel.  Tomorrow I'll finish this job!
