This is the flat city part of the western view at sunset.  The blue light is actually part of the neon
sign of Snow White & Dopey for Disneyland ...right near the Knickerbocker Hotel.  Directly to
the right is the Capitol Records Building, and sure enough, the Pacific Ocean in the distance.
