This is the van for a really fun store in West L. A.  This day pictured shows an awesome sky...it was opening day 2000 at Dodger Stadium with a slight threat of rain.  Kimble, the owner of the store, is as extreme a Dodger fan as I, and she had her mini TV going while I painted... with the great Vin Scully giving the play-by-play.  The Dodgers went on to beat the Rockies that day.   A year later I painted her storefront window with truly "Any Occasiion" confetti (shamrocks, American Flags, candy-corn, baby rattles, you name it).  So I even painted a mini L.A. Dodgers pennant as one of the confetti's!  Kimble had designed her own logo previously.
